Bio & Qualifications
Since graduating from the University of Hertfordshire in
2015, studying Sport and Exercise Science. I have continued to study and
specialise my skills in Sports Rehab Injuries, Personal Training, Mat Pilates,
GP Exercise Referrals and Special Populations.
I have also trained in various techniques from sports massage, to RockPods (silicone cupping) and RockBlades (blading/scraping). I am a member of BASES, REPs and CIMSPA, accrediting me to be a Senior Health Practitioner.
Why I practice...
From my personal experience with playing sport and injuries that I had encountered, my interest into sports rehabilitation began to peak.
As I was coming to the end of my degree in Sport and Exercise Science, I quickly realised that with that knowledge, I was able to transition into rehab
therapy and undertook specialist courses to do so. As I have been treating clients over the years, I have a passion and take pride in elevating pain and injuries that people suffer from. I aim to identify any underlying postural causes of the injury and use a wide range of techniques that are adapted and specific to individual client needs.
My approach is to create a functional, pain-free, healthy lifestyle for all my clients and their specific needs. By offering manual therapy, cupping, blading for myofascial release. I am also able to instruct clients with exercise and Pilates exercises to further their active functional lifestyles within sessions and at home.
I specialize in...

Registered General Nurse
Nurse Independent Prescriber
Aesthetics nurse
Bio & Qualifications
I have been a registered general nurse for over thirty years. I love nursing and the opportunity it gives me to work with, and care for people. Most recently I gained an MSc from Kings College London and a Post Graduate Fellowship in Wellbeing from Canterbury Christ Church University. I divide my time between a Quality Improvement role for a national hospice charity and my medical aesthetics practice. I have appointments available in Southfields on Thursdays
I have been offering aesthetics treatments privately since 2017 in Harley St and have undertaken extensive additional training. I am a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN), and I am accredited with Save Face.
Why I practice...
-
My aesthetics practice started over fifteen years ago when I was taking care of people with HIV as an NHS nurse. My patients required injections to their faces with a medicine called Sculptra because the treatment they needed to take to feel better made them loose significant facial fat.
-
When I was able to see how my skill and care could restore their confidence, I realised the importance of being able to offer treatments such as these safely and discretely, helping people retain and restore themselves with natural and healthy outcomes.
-
I am a friendly, caring person and when it comes to injecting, I am steady, calm, and focused on the confidence and comfort of the person in my care. This gives me personal and professional satisfaction and in a world that is increasingly unkind, I make it my business to be kind.
I specialize in...
